Scout Patrols

Scout Troops are organised into smaller groups known in Scouts as Patrols.

Patrols are usually named after animals having a images of the animal as its logo. Each Patrol will also have a colour(s) and a call. Often Scouts ware a badge for their patrol showing which patrol they belong in. This badge is worn on the right arm below the County and District Scout badges.

Each Patrol is lead by a Patrol Leader (PL) and an Assistant Patrol Leader (APL). The PL and APL can be identified form the PL stripes worn on the arm below their Patrol Badge.
